Just got it drilled today. I got it drilled pin up just above the ring finger so it would go a little longer but still retain the strong backend. What I got was possibly the best reaction I have ever seen! It is amazing the way this ball reads the lanes and if I were to miss right the ball would recover with a strong continuous motion toward the pocket. Also, I was amazed with the number of angles I could play with it. If you don't have this ball, you need to get it! It is worth every penny!

great ball. im 13 and im a medium revs medium high speed tweener.i average 200 on tps and 160 on pba patterns. i play strtaiter, inside wile stading at 20 and aiming to 11. this ball is amazing as it does go decently long, but has more of a smoother reaction which gives it great control and a nice arcin motion. i love this ball and it is versatile on many lane conditions. ive also applied 4000 abralon to it when i wanted a smoother motion, similar to the striking motion, one of my best balls that has 280 games on it and virtually dead and no carry. so 4000 or 2000 abralon will help this ball fore those that like a more straiter inside , controllable shot, which this ball generously gives. i love it.

What can I say about the VG? It is a ball that has set the standard in the bowling industry. I got my VG for father's day. I bowled with last week in league, shot a 738 series. That was a good series but it was my first time bowling with the VG. This week in league I shot a 810 series, it should have been higher but I popped-up in the second frame of the first game which was a split. my lay-out is

Surface Preparation:
Out of Box (4000 grit Abralon / Powerhouse Factory Finish)

Layout:
I tried a different drilling layout than the others. It was kind of a modified Rico drilling.

Overall Performance:
I feel this is a great ball for their Advanced Performance line of bowling balls. After using this bowling ball in league, I feel that the video doesn't do this ball justice. I would like to shoot another one soon, time permitting.

Ball Motion:
The ball motion look was very smooth and predictable. If I could get my wrist and fingers healed up and to be as predictable as this bowling ball, then I would be set.

Ball Color:
The color is a little rough on the eyes at first. It is a little hard to see the ball movement because of it, but I feel many people will like it because of the fact that it sort of plays tricks on your eyes.
